For the past 12 years The Green Shuttle has provided a high quality private environmental car service from Cape Cod to area airports, train stations and all points in Boston and throughout New England. They will now be establishing operations at 1213 Purchase Street in New Bedford.
“We have been very impressed with the vision of [New Bedford] Mayor Mitchell and the remarkable transformation occurring in New Bedford,” Dean Athanas, Owner and Founder of the Green Shuttle, said recently. “We would like to be a part of that transformation and hopefully be a partner and facilitator for the future of this city.”
In a public transportation-challenged city, the Green Shuttle will offer an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional black car services, specializing in transportation to and from Boston and Providence RI airports, train stations, and other points of interest.
