AHA! (Art, History and Architecture) is New Bedford's every second Thursday free downtown cultural night. The themed family-friendly cultural nights are held from 5pm-9pm and involve over 60 downtown museums, galleries, arts organizations, merchants, and restaurants. On a typical AHA! night several art exhibits open, venues present live music, theater performances and lectures. This night is one of the best ways to experience New Bedford's cultural renaissance.

The Buzzards Bay Regatta is the largest multi-class regatta in the United States with over 450 boats and 1200 sailors across fifteen different classes.
